How long until I get my order?
We work to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes after launch of a new product, this process could take up to 10 business days depending on how many orders we receive. If your tracking has been created, but your order hasn't shipped out and it has been more than three business days, please email us.
For international orders, if your package has been sent out and you have not received it, please wait 30 days from the date of shipment before reaching out requesting a refund or duplicate package. It may be a delayed depending on the country customs policy.
How can I change my order?
Orders cannot be changed once they are placed due to how quickly we process orders and shipments. If your order has not been sent out, please submit an inquiry from our contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to cancel your order if it has not already been sent out so you can order the correct items. If we are unable to cancel the order before shipment, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the items.
What if I use an incorrect shipping address?
Please make sure that all your information is accurate before checking out. Due to how quickly we print and process orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change incorrect addresses. If we are unable to cancel the order before shipment, the customer will be responsible for return shipping of the items.
I forgot to use my discount code. Can you adjust my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, our system does not allow for you or us to add the discount code to the order and adjust the pricing. Please e-mail us right away at email@example.com and we will be happy to adjust pricing on our end and give you a refund for the discounted amount.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to offer returns or exchanges on clothing and accessories within 15 days from the date of your purchase. To start the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to provide the email address used to place the order. You will then receive an email detailing the next steps for the return authorization.
Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, and folded neatly in the original packaging with the original tags.
One of my items is damaged, what do I do?
Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, images and brief description of the defective item(s).
I received an incorrect item, how do I get the right one?
Oops! If this happens, we apologize for any inconvenience on receiving the wrong item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, images of the entire packing slip, and brief description of the incorrect item. We will take care of you!
How can I exchange any item? (Domestic customers only)
Please email us at email@example.com and include the specifics for the return in the note section. At this time we cannot exchange one style for another. We can only exchange for a different size or color of the same style. If you would like to exchange for a different piece we can issue you a refund so you can purchase another item of your desire.
I wanted and exchange, why did I get a refund?
We process exchanges as inventory allows. If we do not have the item you requested, we will process a refund for you instead. If you requested a replacement, but did not leave any information for the exchange, a refund will be processed.
I bought a sale item, can I return it?
All sale items are final sale. No returns. No exchanges. This does not apply to orders discounted using a code.
Do you provide free returns?
We are happy to provide returns and exchanges, but at this time we do not issue free returns.
What is the turnaround for returns?
We process returns and exchanges as we get them to the warehouse. You will receive an email notification as soon as we receive your package and start the process. You will also receive emails at each step of the return or exchange process.
Does my return need to have the original tags and packaging?
Yes, please make sure to keep all the original packaging and tags. Items cannot be returned without original tags and packaging. Thank you for understanding.
Why was my return or exchange denied?
We will deny your request of return if we see signs of washing or excessive wrinkling, item(s) smelling of smoke, perfume, deodorant, excessive animal/human hair, signs of wear (makeup, stains, smell, etc.).
I haven’t receive my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (3-5 business days depending on your bank). If it has been more than 7 days, please contact us and we will look into the refund for you.
Why wasn’t my shipping fee refunded?
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Can I purchase Unica Sportswear outside of the US?
Unica Sportswear does not currently ship items outside of the United States.
